My sore bum. Yes that's right. I'd like to share with you how I got a sore bum over the weekend. You wanna hear? Guys, come on, don't be like that. Ed and I aren't that sorta couple.

We're the other type, *wink* ...... THE AWESOME TYPE?

OKokokokokok, fine! I'll stop being cheeky. Yesterday, I came up with the AWESOME AWESOME most AWESOMEST idea to go bike riding in the arvo. After work, I met up with Ed to eat lunch at Tea Cafe (My favourite place to chill) first and then shopping for a shnazzy 21st birthday we're going to this coming Friday.

We drove to the foreshore and found some parking a bit TOO FAR from the kayak/bike shed. So there was kayaks, blades, peddling-buggy-looking things for hire as well as bikes. I wanted just the bikes. Ed wanted the buggy's, but I refused. I think they look a bit unco.

I so wanted the buggys! What's wrong with the buggys? For a start, there's shade to block out the harmful rays of the sun. Then there's the awesomeness running everyone off the footpath. Mwhahahahah

Lisa was sooo picky about her helmet. Firstly, she didn't like the helmet she was given cos it was 'sweaty' inside..... ewwwww. And then she wanted to wear her helmet loose cos she didn't like the idea of having a strap under her chin.

When we familiarised ourselves with our 2 wheeled companions, we took off toward .... *that-a-way* I spent the majority of my bike ride having freezing cold wind blowing onto my face, . . . and to top it off . . . having Lisa's backside aimed at me. . . Moving side to side.

We attempted to ride as far as we could around the river in half an hour since we needed the other half to get back, and guess how far we went....

...

Jacob's Ladder!! Or more like the Mount's Bay Brewery. Did you know there was a restaurant there???? We should go, *nods*

You can see on the way back, Lisa had a sore bum. And with those puny weak legs of hers . . . she couldn't ride very fast. So i took the opportunity to show off my bum.

You wouldn't believe that I forgot how to ride a bike. Hopping on was a mighty situation and riding straight was even a bigger doozy. But it's easy to get the hang of. And since I hadn't ridden in what... TEN YEARS?!?!? I was bound to get a sore behind. I didn't get a sore bum . . . maybe because my bum is more fleshy, providing me with a nice cushioning seat. When Ed and I got off the bike, we were still peddling as we walked. o_O

The afternoon was finished up at Dome for coffee and chips. Man! how good are the chips at Dome! We're going there more often!

Next time, we'll invite you all, trust me, you'll have a great time.

Sore bums, shared for all.

So... Ed wanted me to tell everyone that I made Tiramisu for him. But you see... the thing is...

.. it was a crappy first attempt. It ended up being to strong in Baileys/coffee, wayy too much dark chocolate.. and the final product tasted like soggy Italian sponge biscuits with double choc mousse.

For a start it wasn't crappy! It was fricken awesome! And me, being the ultimate cake master of all masters of cakes..... give the cake and YOU a big thumbs UP.

Be that as it may, dad and bro also liked it. I'm not sure if dad was just trying to make me feel better, but bro did say it wasn't that great, although he ate quite a bit.

I think the only reason why you didn't get much positive feedback was because if you got an A+ this time, you probably won't make another more awesome tiramisu. That is why I've decided to change my BIG thumbs up to a medium thumbs up.

Ed ate half my cake though. I wonder how much pain he was in choking down my cake? The only choking i did was from trying to eat my fork cos it was so delicious......mmmm all those tiramisu flavours between the spikes.....mmmm

Yeeyang! if you're reading this, I still want my pavlova stand off!! I'm soooo gonna beat YY at it. Weren't we meant to hold it like 3 months ago?
